Bill’s hometown is Memphis, TN and he has lived in the mid-south over 40 years.  He has a bachelors degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin.  Over 15 years experience in business management in automotive and electrical equipment industry.  Bill believes there is a true sense of purpose at United Access and enjoys being actively involved in the community.  He is currently serving on the advisory board for Shelby Residential and Vocational Services (SRVS).  Favorite things include fishing, the outdoors, and family.  Bill and his wife Carol have three children, Max, Wilson & Rachel. 

John Homa
Mobility Specialist
Memphis, TN

John has an extensive background in sales, including most recently, Custom Container Specialist for Chick Packaging Worldwide.  He and his wife, Jamie, have two teenagers, Rachel and Ryan.  John is an outdoorsman and enjoys family games and activities.  Committed to helping others lead a full and rewarding life, he has found the opportunity to work for United Access to be personally rewarding. 

Justin Searcy
Mobility Specialist
Memphis, TN

Justin Searcy joined United Access in August, 2010 as a Mobility Specialist at our Memphis, TN branch.  He comes to us after working several years as the Patient Care Manager for Pinnacle Medical Solutions.  He is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi where he obtained a degree in Kinesiotherapy (which is short for exercise based physical therapy).  He felt this would be a great opportunity to put forth what he learned in his degree to helping our customers as well as learning a new side of the medical industry.  He enjoys writing, reading and an avid music fan.  He is also an avid football fan.

Renea McMillen
Customer Service
Memphis, TN

Renea is originally from Texarkana, TX.  She has over ten years in medical and customer service related work.  She enjoys traveling and going to the movies with her husband Jon and two children Preston and Sophie.  She also enjoys watching her children at their basketball games and ballet classes.  Here favorite thing about United Access is seeing the customers get back their independence.  She is also a huge Dallas Cowboy’s fan!

John was raised in a military family and lived in Carolinas, California (bay area) and moved back to Memphis in 1975.  He and his wife Linda have three children (15,18,21) and have lived in Bartlett last 15 years.  Favorite things include painting-illustration (watercolor) and auto restoration.  John claims to be a “jack of all trades” and was a CAD guru in his previous career.

Scott Seller- Service Manager

Scott is from Collierville, TN and has lived in the mid-south 24 years.  He has a degree in aviation maintenance and has spent 23 years as a technician in the maintenance field and the last 7 years in a management/supervisory position.  Scott enjoys the daily interaction with our customers and will go to great efforts to deliver results.  Favorite things include fishing, sports, sport clay shooting, refurbishing cars, and time with family.  Scott has two children, Brittany and Trey as well as grandson, Trevor.
