Exemplary service and Respect For Customers
I apologize for not getting this back to you sooner, I would like to thank you for the exemplary service I receive each time I come to United Access. I am always warmly greeted by staff and provided service within minutes of my getting to the door.
I would especially like to thank Scott, for his efforts. He has always put forth the "extra effort," made sure to tell me what he has done, and made every assurance that it is done right. I really appreciate that he would come out on a weekend emergency service call and then give me tips on how to avoid future emergency calls as well. He has always watched out to make sure I receive the best service for the best price. I really appreciate his professionalism and all the staffs caring and compassionate attitude.
I appreciate all your staff because in every visit and contact they have helped me with my needs and completed the visits with dignity and respect.
