COVID-19 has created a storm of uncertainty, and we’ve seen its impact ripple through the communities we serve. As a company committed to helping people save money and live better we are working hard to respond to the many ways our communities need us, from ensuring access to service appointments, to bringing accessible vehicles to your homes to keep you safe, to helping with financing.

Sanitation and Social Distancing

Our teams are working hard to keep our stores safe and sanitized for you. We are cleaning high-traffic, high-touch areas, like waiting areas and entry and exit points, every day. We’re also working to help you maintain proper social distancing.

Practicing Good Hygiene for Health and Safety

We continue to advise employees on best practices for maintaining good health. To help protect yourself, we recommend staying home when you’re sick, including if you’re experiencing fever. Avoid close contact with people who are sick, and practice social distancing by staying at least six feet apart from anyone else. Wash hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and be sure to avoid touching your face with unwashed hands. Cover your nose and/or mouth when you sneeze or cough, and be sure to cough into your elbow or a tissue. Clean and disinfect frequently touched services daily. Again, we are so appreciative of the work our employees are doing to continue serving customers.

Please keep these things in mind for the best shopping experience:

  • Remember 6-20-100: Keep social distance of at least 6 feet, wash your hands for 20 seconds, and stay home if you have a fever of 100 degrees or more.
  • Keep it small: Go to the store with as few people as possible.
  • Let us come to you: Schedule a Home Demo where available.
  • Be patient: We’re all in this together.

6 months ago, when it became clear I needed a wheelchair accessible van, I researched options and contacted Rick Camp at United Access who was friendly and never used pressure sales tactics. When we decided which van we wanted from their nationwide inventory, Rick delivered the van to our home nearly an hour from the dealership. I was accidentally overcharged and would never have known but United Access refunded the money as soon as they realized the errors.
