“Everyone there was very nice and took all my needs into consideration “

I had a bracket put on my new chair for my E-Z lock. We brought my new chair and old chair in and made sure the E-Z lock worked with both chairs so I have a back up chair. They were able to take care of everything and make sure the bolt under my chairs were high enough for thresholds. They got everything done so I could make it to work. Everyone there was very nice and took all my needs into consideration. Thanks.

From the installation of the Pride lift in my 2010 Acadia in April of 2010, to installing the Harmar lift about a year and a half later to moving my lift to my 2010 Honda Odyssey in August 2013 and all the things that went wrong with the Pride lift.

“Kudos to United Access and Braun Corporation for your great customer service!”

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude regarding corrosion repair on my 2007 Braun Entervan. My vehicle is a 2007 Dodge Caravan, which I purchased second hand on March 7, 2012. At the time I purchased it the vehicle had right at 28,000 miles on it and, to my eye, appeared to be in excellent condition. A short time after my purchase, a friend pointed out to me that he had noticed small evidence of paint bubbling just along a body molding strip where I was unable to see it from my wheelchair. He advised me there could be a rust problem and said that I should get it taken care of.

After going online and researching the Braun website it appeared to me that a 6 year warranty applied to my vehicle. I telephoned a Braun representative who directed me to take my vehicle to one of its dealers for inspection. I then brought my vehicle to United Access where it was inspected and I was later told that the warranty claim had been approved as I had expected. What I didn’t know, however was that, except for United Access requesting that an exception be made, Braun would have denied my warranty claim based on my vehicle only having a 5 year warranty period rather than a 6 year. I only learned of this when on the phone with Braun while the repair work was being made. So, I just wanted to express my thanks to Steve and everyone else at United Access for doing all they did in persuading Braun to go ahead and pay for the corrosion repair in this circumstance. I really appreciate everyone going above and beyond for my benefit.

And, I am very satisfied with the work that was done. My van was returned to me looking great and running smooth. Now that the repair has been completed I know I can count on my vehicle providing many more years of reliable transportation. Kudos to United Access and Braun Corporation for your great customer service!

Sam took a number of phone calls and answered questions that eased us into the purchase of the perfect van for my husbands needed.
