Customer Service Across the Nation
As part of our commitment to exceptional customer service, United Access will provide national coverage should anything happen to your vehicle while you are on the road. United Access will work with mobility dealers across the country to ensure you are covered in case an untimely emergency occurs.
Further, if you find yourself in a situation where you need a mobility expert and you are outside the range of your mobility dealer, we are more than happy to assist. Remember, all you have to do is call us at our toll free number and leave a message for one of our General Managers. You should expect a response within a half hour.
Remember, the key to maintaining a long life for your wheelchair van is in keeping up to date with routine, preventive maintenance such as oil changes and air filters. An inspection of all engine, transmission, cooling, brakes and suspension components should also be performed regularly. The owner’s manual provides a routine auto maintenance schedule based on engine mileage for most vehicles.
