What are the limits of the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee?
Our 7-Day Money Back Guarantee begins the day you receive the vehicle, regardless of time of day. During that time, you can drive it for up to 400 miles and return or exchange it for any reason. To return or exchange your vehicle, you must let us know prior to 5 p.m. EST on the 7th calendar day after receiving your vehicle.
Additionally, if you drive the vehicle over 400 miles, you will be charged $1.00 for each additional mile. You can exchange up to two times to receive a total of 2 vehicles. However, the second vehicle received will NOT come with our 7-Day Money Back Guarantee, and cannot be exchanged or returned once accepted.
