United Access Welcomes Terry Winslow as President

October 13, 2025 — We’re proud to announce that Terry Winslow officially joined United Access as our new President, effective May 5th. 

Terry brings a distinguished track record of leadership in retail and automotive operations. His career spans key roles at The Pep Boys, where he led store operations and strategic initiatives, and at Icahn Automotive Group, where he served as President of Store Operations and Customer Experience. Most recently, Terry was President of CEI Collision and Fleet Safety, where he successfully guided the organization through growth and transformation. 

Terry is known for his ability to lead large, distributed teams with clarity, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of customer-first innovation. His leadership style is grounded in collaboration, accountability, and a deep commitment to delivering exceptional service.
